Orders over 1 kg are despatched via APC couriers so will require a signature on delivery.  Please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address to avoid delays if you're not able to take delivery.

Smaller parcels (less than 1kg) will be sent with Whistl on a partially tracked service

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days.  UK Orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch.

Express UK Delivery

Available for £8.99, with same day despatch on orders placed before 11am (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Packaging (it may not be pretty but...)

Every care is taken with packaging to make sure your goods arrive in tip top condition.  Bath bombs are pretty fragile so they need a lot of TLC in transit.  While the bubble wrap and air pillows may not be pretty they are all eco friendly and biodegradeable and do a very good job of protecting the contents of your parcel.
