Defective Goods

Please contact us with 7 days of receipt if your products arrive damaged or not as specified on our website.  We will arrange a refund or replacement (subject to verification that the products are defective)

  • The item(s) details
  • Your contact information
  • The reason for the return/refund

    (We may ask you to send us a picture of damaged/defective goods)

     We will then reach out and let you know what happens next.

    We are a small independent business and will try to respond to your request within 24 hours during the working week.  Sometimes it takes a bit longer so please bear with us.
